In August 2012 Samsung company accused Apple company of copying 6 patterns for which Samsung company has to pay 1.05$ us billion fine to Apply. In 2011, Apple first filed a lawsuit against Samsung for allegedly copying features. Samsung also went to court on the same complaint. Since then, they were conducting various cases against each other in almost a dozen countries including America, Germany, Italy, Korea. A number of times the judges also suggested to take Rafa Sutra out of court.

But all in all, Samsung company has maintained a top position in the world. The best place in terms of sales is in the direction of the beach. Samsung is first and Apple is far behind. And the most sold phone in the world is the Samsung company phone.
